These Terms of Use apply to the use of our mobile app “Modern Shooter: Crime City” (hereinafter “App”), operated by GameGears Online Ltd., 113 Georgiou Griva Digeni, Astromeritis 2722, Cyprus.

Free Game with Advertising and In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and play. It contains advertisements and optional in-app purchases. There is no obligation to make any purchases.

Virtual Goods and Currency

All virtual items and in-game currency purchased or earned in the App are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real money.

User Account

No user account is required to use the App. If you log in as a guest, we only store an anonymous device ID.

Prohibited Conduct

It is prohibited to:
manipulate, hack, or use cheat software with the App
employ automated scripts or bots
distribute content that violates laws or these Terms

Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, graphics, sounds, and texts belong to GameGears Online Ltd. or our licensors.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We accept no liability for technical issues, data loss, or lost progress.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect from the stated date.

Termination

We may block access to the App at any time and without notice, especially in case of violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dover, Delaware.
